Each vendor sets their own service prices. You pay for the cleaning plus a small LaundryGo! service fee per order. Vendors can also offer subscriptions for regular customers.
A small LaundryGo! service fee is added to every order. It covers in-app booking, secure payment and live order tracking, shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
You pay for what your vendor cleans, whether by load, by kilo or per item. Prices are set by each vendor, so they vary. No lock-in and no hidden charges.
LaundryGo! earns a commission from the vendor on each order. Rates are agreed individually with every vendor, so there's no fixed platform cut.
Vendors set their own prices
Vendors set a price per item for each service, can change any price at any time, and can add more items or more services whenever they like. Customers are charged based on the vendor they assign an order to. The table below is an editable example, try changing a price.

Vendors can offer subscription plans
You never subscribe to LaundryGo! itself. Each vendor builds their own plans in the app, and customers subscribe to the vendor whose plan fits them. Here is how a vendor puts one together.
Give it a name customers will recognise, like Standard, Family or Office Weekly.
Enter the monthly amount in Ksh. Every vendor prices their own plans.
Turn on the benefits this plan includes. Anything left off simply is not part of it.
How vendors get paid
Customers pay through the app. LaundryGo! settles each vendor for their completed orders, less the agreed commission. Choose the payout method that suits your business.
